How Premium Rentals LLC handles rental inquiries and plans to handle customer information.
Information you submit
Our rental inquiry form asks for your name, email, phone number, preferred vehicle, requested dates, pickup location and optional trip notes. Please do not submit payment-card numbers, driver’s license images or other sensitive documents through this form.
How information is used
We use inquiry information to respond to requests, discuss availability, prepare quotes, provide customer support and maintain appropriate business records. The website currently uses FormSubmit to route inquiries to our business email. Information submitted through that service may also be processed under its terms.
Payments and booking
Direct rentals are available, but our website form does not itself accept payment or instantly confirm a reservation. After reviewing an inquiry, we may collect necessary booking, driver-verification and payment information through separately communicated secure processes. Payment details should not be sent through the public inquiry form. Turo bookings occur on Turo and are subject to Turo’s own privacy practices and terms.
GPS and vehicle information
Direct-rental vehicles may contain GPS or security devices. When installed and activated, these may collect vehicle location and usage data for theft recovery, overdue returns, roadside assistance, safety and legitimate fleet management. Access is restricted to authorized business personnel and relevant service providers; we do not sell renter location data. Contact us before renting for details about the device in your selected vehicle, collection and retention. We do not authorize sale of renter location data as part of our proposed program.
Sharing, retention and security
We may share information with service providers necessary to handle inquiries and operate our website, or as required by law. We will limit access to authorized personnel and apply reasonable safeguards. We retain information only as reasonably necessary for bookings, operations, disputes, legal obligations and security, and share it with authorized providers such as payment processors, insurers, roadside assistance and service vendors as necessary.
