Rental Policies & Requirements

A clear overview of our current independent-rental terms.

Direct rentals are now available through Premium Rentals LLC, subject to availability, eligibility, signed agreement and payment confirmation. Personal auto insurance is not required for approved direct renters. No separate insurance or protection fee is charged. Our commercial rental coverage and rental agreement govern applicable protections and renter responsibilities. Turo bookings remain available and are subject to Turo’s separate terms.

Driver eligibility

Escalades: minimum age 25. Jeeps and F-150: minimum age 21. All drivers must have a valid driver’s license.
Additional authorized drivers are free, but must be approved before driving.
Our goal is to accept renters without personal auto insurance only if our commercial rental coverage permits eligible rentals. Personal auto insurance is not required.

Mileage & fuel

200 included miles per rental day, pooled over the rental period.
Additional mileage: $0.50 per mile.
Vehicles are provided with a full tank and should be returned full. Missing fuel is charged at actual refueling cost plus a $10 convenience fee.

Refundable security deposits

2023 white Cadillac Escalade: $200.
2017 burgundy Cadillac Escalade: $100.
No security deposit for either Jeep or the Ford F-150.
Deposits are collected before pickup and the remaining refundable amount is initiated within 3 business days after return and inspection, subject to documented, legally permitted deductions. Bank processing may take longer.

Pickup, delivery & return

Pickup and return at designated Wasilla locations: free.
Scheduled delivery and collection within 50 driving miles of Wasilla: $50 per reservation.
Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport delivery and collection: $100 per reservation, planned for designated short- or long-term parking, subject to airport authorization. Airport parking costs will be disclosed before booking.
Beyond 50 miles: by special arrangement. Airport pricing replaces, rather than adds to, the local delivery fee.

Cancellation, payment & late returns

Full rental payment, delivery charges and any required deposit are due at booking.
Cancel at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup: full refund of prepaid rental charges. Cancel under 24 hours or fail to appear: rental charges are nonrefundable, subject to applicable law.
Early voluntary returns do not automatically qualify for a refund of unused rental time.
Late return: 0–30 minutes free; 31 minutes–2 hours: 50% of daily rate; more than 2 hours: one daily rate, subject to applicable law. Extensions require advance approval and payment.

Vehicle care & driving

No smoking or vaping. Documented smoking-related cleaning: $150, subject to law and reasonable costs.
Pets welcome at no extra charge. Excessive pet-related or general cleaning: reasonable documented costs up to $150. Ordinary dirt and wear are not charged.
Maintained public gravel roads are permitted where lawful and approved by the rental insurer. Off-road trails, river crossings, frozen waterways, closed roads, racing, reckless driving and unauthorized towing are prohibited.
Customers must report accidents, theft, vandalism and damage as soon as safely possible, no later than 24 hours after discovery.

Damage, tickets & roadside assistance

Renters may owe for documented rental-period damage, including windshields, to the extent permitted by the agreement, law and insurance terms. Pre-existing damage and ordinary wear are excluded.
Applicable damage claims may be paid directly or through insurance, if available; duplicate recovery is prohibited.
Renter-incurred tickets, tolls and parking violations are the renter’s responsibility. When we process a violation, a $10 administrative fee may apply, subject to law.
Lost keys and renter-caused lockouts: actual documented costs, with no additional administration fee. Mechanical breakdowns not caused by renter misuse are coordinated by Premium Rentals LLC.

Extensions, vehicle swaps & tracking

Extensions and vehicle substitutions may be approved based on availability, updated rates, eligibility and insurance.
Approved swaps at designated Wasilla locations: free. Customer-requested delivery swaps: $50 local or $100 airport. Company-required mechanical-failure swaps: free.
Vehicles may use disclosed GPS/security technology for theft recovery, overdue vehicle location, roadside assistance and legitimate fleet management. See our Privacy Policy.
